1. Applicants working in Government/Semi Government Organizations/Corporations and Autonomous Bodies should apply though proper channel with N.O.C. from the employer.

Applicant are required to submit five copies of the application/dossier duly singed and bound and, soft copy of dossier in PDF form on the prescribed Performa and attested documents (i) degrees/ certificates (ii) experience certificates (iii) CNIC (iv) domicile (v) three recent photograph with a Pay Order, Bank Draft or paid Challan (only HBL, QAU branch Account No. 02940012957103) for Rs. 2000/- drawn in favor of Director, Centre of Excellence in Gender Studies, Quaid-i- Azam university, Islamabad.Applications by Pakistani nationals from abroad may be sent along with US $ 100 as application processing fee.
3. All the applications should reach the office of the Director, Gender Studies, within 30- days of the date of this advertisement (22-May-2026).
4. For external candidates there will be no pension, however, contributory pension scheme will be available as per revised policy of the Federal Government of Pakistan.
5. Ph.D. in the Gender/Women’s Studies and relevant disciplines from an HEC recognized university / institution is a must.
6. The selected candidates will be governed by the Centre’s Service Statutes and rules/regulations.
7. The Centre reserves the rights to increase/decrease the number of positions, not to fill any position/withhold the appointment against any advertised position or to accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
8. Applications that are incomplete (in any way) or received after due date shall not be entertained by any means.
9. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for demo lecture/ seminar and interview.
